I like it! Quite loungey, quite loungey.
The drums just don't do it for me, and I'm not so sure about the hihats. I think try some different patches for the drums & hihats, and rework the beat a little. It seems to have that "off-but-quantized" sound.

Yeah, I wrote the basic beat on the XL7 using the grid record, so yeah it has that kinda quantized sound. Drums are still the most difficult thing for me to do. If I start with a good basic beat, like from a sample or midi file, I can easily modify it but much harder from scratch.
I will think about the hats too. I do like the reversed hat sample, but this is exactly why I wanted feedback, so its most appreciated. Thanks!
