But Then Again...

...I have the world's best friends...

But then again...I truly adore my friends who made my trip to Japan faboo.

Neville, who was my traveling companion for most of the trip, completely rocked. We had a good time both together and apart. Kind of like old times, huh?

Soma-san, my friend of many years and a few companies, also totally rocks. We always have a good time either here or there.

Kabata-san and Inoue-san are a couple made in heaven and I am so totally fortunate to know them. I so completely dig hanging out with them that I wish that Tokyo were just bus fare and an hour away. Oh, and they totally rock as well.

Inomata-san, who I had not seen in many years, fed me a freakin' excellent breakfast of natto, grilled fish and rice and other delicious stuff. We talked geek, analog audio equipment and made fun of Neville. He also let me rock his wireless network with mail, web and chat. Inomata-san rocks too.

All of my other friends who I managed to see:
- Bobby, Annie and Sairam (new students in bustling Tokyo)...it's a city of shiny objects, don'tcha know...and Sai, thanks for the DJ gig, that was boss...
- Jeff (recent Tokyo resident)...don't worry, the humiliation will get less as you live there...
- Noriko (my best project manager ever)...it was short time to chat but always amazing to see you...
- Ajiki-san, Nihei-san (work mates from another land and time)...um, "chotto matte..."

All these folks plus the ones I didn't get to see (Tateda-san, Mochida-san), of course, all totally rock.
